Summary

We are seeking a professional Remote Call Center Representative to communicate with prospective customers, coordinate appointments, and provide an exceptional customer experience over the phone. This fully remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people through clear and confident communication.

You'll use modern CRM and dialer technology, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding remote team.

Responsibilities

• Place 350–450 outbound calls each day.
• Speak with prospective customers using approved call guides.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
• Verify customer information and update CRM records.
• Achieve daily call volume and appointment goals.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance during every interaction.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer communication projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Reliable internet connection and home office equipment.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
