We're looking for a customer-focused Remote Contact Center Representative to engage with prospective customers, coordinate appointments, and deliver a professional customer experience through outbound communication. Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls during each shift.
• Speak with prospective customers using approved communication guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
• Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Meet daily call volume and scheduling goals.
• Follow quality assurance and compliance standards.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Assist with additional customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
• Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.
• Previous contact center, customer support, call center, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
