We're hiring a Remote Call Screening Representative to speak with prospective job applicants, conduct structured phone screenings, and identify qualified candidates for open positions. You'll receive comprehensive training, work with advanced recruiting technology, and become an important part of a fast-growing remote recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 150–250 phone screenings each day using company-provided candidate lists.
• Evaluate candidates using established qualification guidelines.
• Clearly explain available positions and hiring expectations.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers for qualified applicants.
• Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records.
• Follow approved screening scripts while building rapport with candidates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions and recruiter training.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong active listening abilities.
• Comfortable conducting structured phone conversations.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and smartphone.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Previous recruiting, customer service, call center, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
