Summary

We are hiring a Remote Candidate Interviewer to conduct initial phone conversations with prospective applicants, assess basic qualifications, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring professionals. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people and helping candidates move through the hiring process.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into advanced recruiting positions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
