Summary

We're hiring a Remote Customer Experience Representative to create positive interactions with prospective customers while coordinating appointments for licensed insurance professionals. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, building trust, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and helpful experience.

You'll work entirely from home with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow into senior customer experience and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Create positive customer experiences during every interaction.
• Schedule appointments using internal booking systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM.
• Address basic customer questions regarding appointments.
• Meet productivity and quality performance goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching and development sessions.
• Contribute to continuous customer experience improvements.

Qualifications
