Summary

We're seeking a motivated Remote Customer Outreach Associate to connect with prospective customers, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for licensed insurance professionals across the United States. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following structured processes, and achieving measurable goals.

You'll receive comprehensive training, work with modern dialing technology, and build valuable communication skills while contributing to a fast-growing remote team.

Responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and automated dialer.
• Contact prospective customers using an approved outreach script.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly on agents' calendars.
• Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional conversation.
• Record call outcomes and customer information accurately.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing team meetings.
• Support additional outreach projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal English communication.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Previous customer service, sales, call center, or appointment setting experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
