We're looking for a highly organized Remote High-Volume Interview Setter to coordinate interviews for a growing recruitment team. In this role, you'll contact prospective candidates, verify basic qualifications, and schedule interviews efficiently while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting operations and high-volume scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Contact 150–250 candidates daily.
• Conduct initial qualification calls.
• Schedule interviews using company scheduling software.
• Confirm interview availability and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Follow standardized screening procedures.
• Meet scheduling and productivity goals.
• Participate in virtual recruiter training sessions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable internet and computer.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Previous scheduling, recruiting, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
