Responsibilities

• Conduct structured phone screenings with prospective candidates.
• Assess qualifications using established hiring guidelines.
• Explain job opportunities and answer applicant questions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in CRM systems.
• Meet daily hiring and scheduling KPIs.
• Participate in recruiting meetings and coaching sessions.
• Support ongoing talent acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and interviewing abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidate conversations daily.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Previous hiring, recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
