Join our growing team as a Remote Phone Representative, where you'll communicate with prospective customers, answer basic appointment questions, and schedule meetings with licensed insurance professionals. Working remotely, you'll receive structured onboarding and continuous coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls using automated dialing systems.
• Speak professionally with prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments accurately.
• Document conversations in the CRM.
• Follow approved communication guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity expectations.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions.
• Assist with customer follow-up activities.

Qualifications
