Summary

We are looking for a proactive Remote Prospecting Specialist to identify, contact, and engage prospective customers while scheduling appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy initiating conversations, building interest, and achieving daily performance goals.

You'll receive comprehensive training, utilize industry-leading CRM and dialing technology, and have opportunities for long-term career advancement within a growing remote organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 350–450 outbound calls daily.
• Reach out to prospective customers using company-approved outreach strategies.
• Generate interest and qualify potential appointments.
• Schedule meetings for licensed insurance agents.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and activity logs.
• Meet daily appointment and productivity goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain professionalism during every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
