Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Recruiting Manager to lead a remote recruiting team, oversee candidate screening operations, and ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently. This leadership role is responsible for coaching recruiters, monitoring recruiting performance, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of remote recruiters and screeners.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs and productivity metrics.
• Review candidate quality and hiring pipeline performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
• Assist with recruiter onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies.
• Ensure CRM records and recruiting workflows remain accurate.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
