We're seeking a motivated Remote Recruitment Consultant to help identify qualified candidates, conduct phone assessments, and coordinate interviews for open positions. This role offers the opportunity to build strong recruiting expertise while working remotely with a collaborative hiring team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate qualification calls.
• Review applicant experience against hiring criteria.
• Explain available opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Update recruiting records within the CRM.
• Meet daily recruiting and scheduling goals.
• Participate in virtual coaching and recruiter development.
• Support additional hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Previous recruitment, HR, staffing, consulting, or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
