Summary

Join our recruiting team as a Remote Staffing Specialist, where you'll help identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screenings, and support hiring efforts for a variety of remote positions. This role combines recruiting, communication, and candidate engagement in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound candidate screening calls.
• Explain available job opportunities.
• Assess applicants against hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Keep applicant information updated in the CRM.
• Meet daily staffing goals.
• Participate in recruiter coaching and development.
• Assist with recruiting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
• Reliable work-from-home setup.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
