𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a Remote Staffing Specialist to support candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and interview coordination. You will engage with potential applicants, explain staffing opportunities, evaluate their suitability, and arrange interviews for qualified candidates. Success in this role requires clear communication, strong organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume remote environment.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Conduct daily outreach to approximately 150–250 potential candidates.

• Explain staffing opportunities, role expectations, and recruitment procedures.

• Perform phone screenings using established criteria and scripts.

• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, attitude, and communication.

• Coordinate qualified candidates with hiring managers for interviews.

• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and screening records in the CRM.

• Update candidate statuses, notes, and follow-up information.

• Ensure candidates receive clear instructions regarding interview scheduling.

• Follow staffing workflows, procedures, and quality standards.

• Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills.

• Ability to conduct confident and professional phone screenings.

• Comfortable handling high-volume candidate outreach.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.

• Reliable primary and backup internet and electricity.

• Computer and mobile phone access.

• Ability to follow scripts and predefined evaluation standards.

• Staffing, recruitment, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

• English script experience is a plus.
