Revit / Scan-to-BIM Technician

Revit / Scan-to-BIM Technician (1–2 Years Experience) – UK Projects | Remote (Pakistan) | 4 positions

Survey2Plan delivers measured building surveys and Scan-to-BIM models for UK clients. We're hiring Revit technicians with hands-on experience turning point clouds into accurate BIM models.

What you'll do

- Model existing buildings in Revit from point cloud data (.rcp / .e57)

- Produce floor plans, elevations and sections to UK survey standards

- Check model accuracy against the scan (LOD 200–300)

- Work with our UK-based survey and project team

Requirements

- Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field

- 1–2 years of professional Revit modelling experience

- Scan-to-BIM / point cloud experience (Autodesk ReCap or similar) – strongly preferred

- Good written English for working with UK colleagues

What we offer

- Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 based on experience

- Quarterly commission

- 28 days annual leave + 5 sick leaves

- Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm PKT, Saturday & Sunday off

- Fully remote

- Performance review and promotion opportunity after 3-month probation
