Sales Affiliate

Solar Energy & Real Estate Sales Affiliate.

Role type: Remote, Independent, non-exclusive, commission-only.

Purpose: Identify and introduce qualified prospective clients for BHC's solar project development and real estate development/advisory services.


Responsibilities:

Source prospects from your network (businesses, developers, landowners, institutions, high-net-worth individuals) who need solar or real estate services.


Register every introduction in writing before, or immediately after, connecting the prospect to BHC. Include the prospect's name, contact details, nature of the opportunity, and estimated deal value.


Give accurate information about each prospect.


Make warm handovers and support BHC's team where needed.


Must Haves:

A strong network in solar/C&I, real estate, construction, or corporate Nigeria

Credibility and professionalism in front of decision-makers


Ability to qualify leads (real need, budget, decision authority)


Integrity, with no bribes or kickbacks, and compliance with anti-corruption and the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023


Sales or business development experience is a plus, not a requirement
