Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Officer

Role Description This part-time Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator / Sales Support Officer role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves supporting sales activities by preparing quotations, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with customers and internal teams, scheduling meetings, updating CRM or tracking systems, and following up on leads to ensure timely responses. The position also includes assisting with report generation, organizing sales materials, and providing general administrative support to help the sales function run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Foundational sales skills, with the ability to support lead follow-up, basic negotiations, and promotion of services aligned with brand objectives.
• Solid organization skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in sales support, administration, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
