About the Role Our client is a fast-scaling company expanding across Europe, looking for someone who lives for the phone — not the spreadsheet. This is a pure sales role: high call volume, high energy, no hiding in admin work. If you get a rush from booking a meeting or closing a deal, keep reading. What You'll Do Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day, every day Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language Log everything properly in the CRM — no shortcuts Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor What We're Looking For Fluent in English, plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET Proven experience in outbound sales — cold calling required Strong communication skills — persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day, consistently Experience working with a CRM Nice to Have Experience with lead enrichment tools/processes Experience in logistics or automotive Who Should NOT Apply If you're looking for an ops-adjacent role that occasionally touches sales, this isn't it.
