**About Eventful**

Eventful Singapore is a media brand covering food, events, products and experiences. We also run Eventful Tables, a restaurant discovery and reservations platform.

We’re looking for an organised Sales & Outreach Assistant to help us find potential clients, connect with the right people and create new business opportunities.

**What you’ll do**

- Research potential clients, including restaurants, consumer brands, event organisers and lifestyle businesses.

- Find the right decision-makers and maintain accurate contact lists.

- Send outreach messages through LinkedIn, Instagram and email using our provided templates and processes.

- Follow up with prospects and pass interested contacts to our team.

- Support restaurant outreach for Eventful Tables and content partnership outreach for Eventful Singapore.

- Keep track of conversations, follow-ups and next steps.

- Conduct general market research to identify relevant brands, campaigns and opportunities.

- Share regular updates on outreach activity and responses.

**What we’re looking for**

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong online research skills and attention to detail.

- Confidence using LinkedIn, Instagram, email and Google Sheets.

- Good organisation and the ability to manage daily tasks independently.

- Comfortable with consistent, repetitive outreach and follow-ups.

- Professional and careful when handling business information.

- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working setup.

A university degree is preferred. Experience in lead generation, sales support, customer service or social media outreach is a plus.
