About the role
Duration: Fixed 8 week| Unpaid | Remote | Flexible hours
As a Sales & Outreach Intern, you will work directly on building and running real outreach systems. You will help identify prospects, craft messaging, run outreach campaigns, and track results as part of an active development environment with real testing and iteration.
What you will do- Research and build targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns- Write and test cold outreach messages across email and LinkedIn- Run and monitor outreach sequences and report on performance- Work with the business development team to refine targeting and messaging- Help build a repeatable outreach playbook for the development phase
What we are looking for- Strong written communication skills- Comfort with research and finding information independently- Interest in sales, growth, or business development- Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment- Experience is a plus but not required — we value execution over credentialsWhat you will receive- Internship completion certificate- Letter of recommendation- Direct experience building outreach systems at an AI startup- Exposure to the full development build process- High-performing interns may be considered for paid opportunities based on performance and business needs
