Sales Partner

We’re hiring a Sales Partner (IT Projects) at GuruSolutions.

We build custom software for clients in Ukraine, Europe, and the US. This is a hunter role: you find clients, run discovery, and close deals. No ready-made lead base. Our tech and PM team support you on calls and proposals.

Format: remote · partnership · commission only (no fixed salary)

Compensation:

• 10% of the paid amount on the first contract with a new client you brought
• 4% of follow-up projects from that client for 12 months
• Payout after the client pays · no income cap

Fit if you have:

• 1–2+ years B2B sales of services (IT / digital / consulting)
• English B2+ (optionally, depend on market)
• Experience selling projects, not boxed products
