What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage gyms, fitness centres, Pilates studios, and wellness businesses.
• Demonstrate how WellVantage improves operations, member engagement, and retention.
• Close new subscriptions independently or with support from our team.
• Build long-term relationships and earn recurring commissions on every Gym/clinic you onboard.

Compensation

• Limited base pay
• Up to 50% recurring lifetime commission per customer (specifics can be negotiated)
• Subscription-based recurring income
• No earning cap—the more businesses you onboard, the more you earn

Ideal Candidate

• Experience selling to gyms, fitness centres, or wellness businesses
• Existing network in the fitness industry is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based earnings
• Having own trasportation is best
