Sales Representative

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Representative at Carrier S.p.A. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify leads, conduct virtual meetings, and present Carrier’s heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes and proposals, following up on inquiries, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, such as technical support and customer service, to ensure accurate product information and a seamless customer experience. The Sales Representative will track performance using CRM tools, report on sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship and communication skills, with the capacity to build trust, listen actively, and respond clearly to diverse customer needs.
• Basic understanding of HVAC and refrigeration solutions or a strong willingness to learn technical product features and industry standards.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and standard office software.
• Self-directed work style with strong organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote, part-time setting.
• Prior experience in B2B or industrial sales is preferred, especially in engineering, construction, or building services sectors.
• Relevant vocational training or degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage in an international environment.
