Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Islamabad, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves guiding prospective students through the entire admissions and study abroad process, including profile assessment, university and program recommendations, application planning, and documentation support. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage student inquiries, conduct consultations in-person and online, provide timely updates on application status, and coordinate closely with international partner institutions and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting visa counseling, maintaining accurate records in the student portal, contributing to outreach activities, and helping refine admissions processes and policies. The role requires a professional, detail-oriented approach, a strong student service mindset, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining high-quality guidance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for effective counseling, consultations, and coordination with students and partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to deliver consistent, empathetic, and responsive support throughout the admissions and visa guidance process.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments, manage pipelines, and achieve admissions and revenue targets in a consultative manner.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, ideally in international education, study abroad counseling, or university admissions.
• Relevant experience in student advising, counseling, or education consultancy, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple students and applications simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital tools, CRMs, and online communication platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; international exposure or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
