Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal Design Engineer - Contract

📍 Location: Netherlands

🏢 Working arrangement: Hybrid 2-3 days per week. Remote considered.

Hourly rates: €50-€75

About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to support the development of advanced semiconductor technology within an innovative engineering environment.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-performance integrated circuits, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-quality silicon solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits to meet product specifications.
• Contribute to circuit architecture, design implementation and performance optimisation.
• Work closely with digital design, verification, layout and system engineering teams.
• Analyse circuit performance, troubleshoot design issues and support debugging activities.
• Contribute to design verification, validation and silicon bring-up where required.
• Support design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Help optimise key performance parameters, including power, area, reliability and overall functionality.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design within the semiconductor industry.
• A solid understanding of transistor-level circuit design and integrated circuit fundamentals.
• Experience taking circuit designs from specification through implementation and validation.
• Familiarity with semiconductor design tools and established IC design methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
