Trade Finance Specialist / Trade Operations Analyst

Role Description In this part-time remote Owner role, the individual will oversee the strategic direction, development, and maintenance of applications built with Asp.Net Core. Responsibilities include defining product vision, setting priorities, and coordinating with developers, designers, or external partners to ensure timely delivery of features. The Owner will review technical proposals, monitor application performance, manage budgets or resources, and ensure alignment with business goals. Day-to-day activities may involve writing or reviewing requirements, evaluating new tools and frameworks, and making decisions about architecture, security, and scalability. The role also includes monitoring user feedback and analytics to guide continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to define product strategy, set priorities, and manage a roadmap for Asp.Net Core-based applications.
• Foundational understanding of Asp.Net Core, C#, and modern web application architecture (APIs, cloud services, security best practices).
• Experience in project or product ownership, including coordinating cross-functional work and managing timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and balance technical and business needs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements and provide feedback to technical teams.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with agile or lean development practices and basic tools such as version control (e.g., Git) and issue tracking systems.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in software development, information technology, business, or a related field is beneficial.
