Senior Cloud Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves supporting Viet Spark’s programs and events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and assisting with virtual and in-person sessions. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting communications, managing community outreach, updating online content, and supporting social media and email campaigns. The position also requires collaboration with volunteers and partners, tracking engagement metrics, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth program delivery. The team member is expected to work independently and proactively, while aligning with Viet Spark’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Ability to create clear written communications, including emails, social media posts, and event materials.
• Experience with community engagement, event coordination, or program support in a nonprofit or education-focused setting.
• Comfort with digital tools such as office productivity software, video conferencing platforms, and basic content management or social media tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset, cultural sensitivity, and interest in supporting Vietnamese professionals and students in tech.
• Fluency in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in tech, higher education, or career development initiatives is beneficial.
