About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cold Chain Excursion Assessment Specialist to evaluate temperature deviations during the storage and transportation of temperature-sensitive products. This role focuses on remote excursion investigations, product risk assessments, compliance documentation, and corrective action recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review temperature monitoring data and identify cold chain excursions.
• Assess the potential impact of temperature deviations on product quality and stability.
• Evaluate excursion duration, temperature ranges, product specifications, and storage conditions.
• Review data logger records, shipment reports, and supporting documentation.
• Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare excursion assessment reports and maintain accurate digital records.
• Collaborate remotely with quality assurance, pharmaceutical logistics, and distribution teams.
• Support compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and applicable quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cold chain management, pharmaceutical quality, or temperature excursion assessment.
• Strong understanding of temperature-sensitive products, stability requirements, and cold chain procedures.
• Experience analyzing temperature monitoring data and preparing technical reports.
• Familiarity with GDP, quality management systems, and CAPA processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
