About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Exposure Assessment Specialist to evaluate workplace health risks, assess potential employee exposure to hazardous substances, and recommend effective risk control measures. The role focuses on remote exposure data analysis, occupational hygiene assessments, compliance support, and coordination with workplace safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review occupational exposure data relating to chemicals, dust, noise, biological agents, and other workplace hazards.
• Conduct remote assessments of occupational exposure risks using monitoring reports, workplace records, and technical documentation.
• Recommend appropriate exposure control measures and risk reduction strategies.
• Review industrial hygiene reports, sampling results, and workplace health assessment documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare technical reports, exposure assessments, and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate remotely with occupational health, environmental, safety, and operations teams.
• Monitor developments in occupational hygiene standards and recommend improvements to assessment procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in occupational exposure assessment or industrial hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of workplace hazards, exposure limits, risk assessment methods, and control measures.
• Experience interpreting exposure monitoring data and preparing technical reports.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards and relevant UAE regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
