About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ergonomic Risk Assessment Specialist to evaluate workplace ergonomic risks, recommend preventive measures, and support employee health and safety initiatives. The role focuses on remote ergonomic assessments, risk analysis, and practical recommendations to improve workplace comfort, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic risk assessments using workplace data, photographs, videos, and employee feedback.
• Identify risks associated with workstation design, posture, repetitive movements, and manual handling.
• Develop recommendations to reduce musculoskeletal risks and improve workplace ergonomics.
• Prepare ergonomic assessment reports and corrective action plans.
• Advise employees and managers on workstation setup and ergonomic best practices.
• Support workplace health and safety programs and risk reduction initiatives.
• Monitor corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of ergonomic improvements.
• Ensure recommendations align with recognized ergonomic standards and applicable UAE requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Factors, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ergonomic assessment or occupational risk management.
• Knowledge of ergonomic assessment methods and musculoskeletal risk factors.
• Experience with remote assessments, risk reporting, and workplace improvement planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Relevant certifications in ergonomics or occupational safety are an advantage.
