Senior Commercial Officer

Role Description The Senior Commercial Officer is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading and expanding the center’s commercial activities. This position involves developing and executing sales and commercial plans, identifying new opportunities and partnerships, and supporting revenue growth while aligning with the center’s mission and values. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, managing key commercial accounts, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring market trends relevant to rehabilitation and autism services. The Senior Commercial Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings, support customer inquiries, and participate in training initiatives that enhance commercial and customer-facing performance.

• Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills to engage clients, families, and partners in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Candidates should possess experience in training and coaching, with the ability to support and guide team members in commercial and customer-facing activities.
• Candidates should have good organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, interpret market data, and prepare reports.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or autism-related services is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and remote collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and uphold ethical and inclusive practices in all commercial dealings.
