About the Role

As our Senior PR & Link Builder, you'll drive our off-page SEO efforts through strategic outreach, link building, and relationship development with media contacts, publishers, and influencers. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team and play a key role in strengthening our online authority and global brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structured outreach plans and execute campaigns against a comprehensive target list of relevant media contacts, publishers, websites, and creators.
• Maintain and expand existing industry relationships through ongoing networking, proactive communication, and strategic relationship building.
• Plan and run white-hat link-building and digital PR campaigns that earn contextual backlinks and editorial coverage from relevant, high-authority websites, blogs, and publications.
• Build and maintain target lists of journalists, bloggers, and publishers in Canada, the U.S., and Europe, and write personalized pitches, guest post proposals, and product feature or review outreach.
• Follow up consistently to turn responses into placements, negotiate terms with publishers (including sponsored content where permitted), and track every link by URL, domain authority, anchor text, and status.
• Source, vet, and onboard YouTube and other content creators whose audience and content fit our brands and target markets.
• Negotiate rates and deliverables with creators, issue creative briefs, and manage product seeding, content approval, posting schedules, and usage rights.
• Secure video placements (reviews, integrations, and dedicated videos) with trackable links or discount codes, and measure views, engagement, and sales by creator.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, keeping them active through regular communication, promotions, and product updates.
• Monitor affiliate performance, commissions, and tracking, resolve issues quickly, and pursue new affiliate opportunities that fit our brand and compliance requirements.
• Make sure all outreach, creator content, and affiliate promotion follow platform policies, disclosure requirements, and advertising rules in each market.
• Hit monthly performance targets, report on link, coverage, influencer, and affiliate KPIs, and work with internal teams to align outreach with product launches and brand goals.
• Stay current on PR, SEO, and influencer best practices, guide junior outreach members and perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Performance Bonus

Performance bonuses are tied to a monthly target of 10 qualifying placements, which can include any combination of backlinks, PR coverage, and YouTube video placements. The full bonus structure will be confirmed in your offer.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PR, digital outreach, link building, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, ideally gained across agencies or comparable organizations.
• Proven track record of earning backlinks and PR coverage from high-authority websites. Examples are required.
• Ability to develop structured outreach plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute consistently against a large target list while meeting performance targets.
• Hands-on experience managing YouTube and Social Media influencer campaigns, from sourcing through reporting.
• Experience managing affiliate partnerships, including recruitment, communication, and performance tracking.
• Excellent pitching, research, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with comfort on frequent outreach calls, video meetings, and with new contacts.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple campaigns at once and track results in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of advertising and disclosure rules for influencer marketing.
• Self-motivated and self-managed, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive campaigns forward with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
• Available to work in German Timezone, CET hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CET.
