The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director to provide strategic leadership, oversee business operations, drive organizational growth, and support the achievement of key business objectives.

This part-time remote leadership position is suited to a senior professional with extensive management experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and business partners to develop strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen the organization's market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance across departments and business functions.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential revenue streams.

• Establish departmental objectives, performance indicators, and measurable business targets.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and department heads.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate business performance and implement improvements to achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify potential business risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Lead organizational development, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee major projects and ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities.

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in senior management, business leadership, corporate strategy, or a similar executive role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial management, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound business decisions independently.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in international business environments, particularly the UAE and GCC markets, is an advantage.
