Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Role Description The Owner (Part-Time, Remote) will oversee strategic direction, business development, and operational performance for Active Group of Industries while working remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding sales and marketing initiatives, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring product and service quality across LED lighting, solar solutions, solar fencing, and precast infrastructure. The role involves monitoring financial performance, approving major investments, and aligning business activities with sustainability and growth goals. The Owner will collaborate with management and technical teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. This position requires independent decision-making, long-term planning, and effective remote leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide multi-domain operations remotely.
• Business development and client relationship management skills, including experience in sales, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of LED lighting, solar energy systems, and infrastructure solutions, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to these domains.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support sustainable growth.
• Organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple teams and initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.
