About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bancassurance Specialist to manage insurance distribution partnerships with banks, strengthen business relationships, and support sales growth. The successful candidate will coordinate with banking and insurance teams to improve product performance, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bancassurance partnerships and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Develop strategies to increase insurance sales through banking distribution channels.
• Coordinate insurance product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Support bank relationship managers with product training and sales guidance.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue, and business targets.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure bancassurance activities comply with applicable UAE regulations and company policies.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to partnership effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or banking partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and bank distribution channels.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholders independently in a remote environment.
