What We’re Looking For

• A Senior Java Developer who thrives in backend development with Spring/Spring Boot and brings a solid understanding of SQL.
• You’ll join a high-performing team that builds reliable, scalable systems serving real-world transportation infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional development experience.
• 4+ years working specifically with Java (Java 8 or newer).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in SQL, especially with MySQL.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture.

Nice to Have

• Experience with payment systems, payment gateways, or PCI compliance.
• Basic understanding of frontend concepts, useful when collaborating with UI teams.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating across roles: backend, frontend, QA, and product.
• Willingness to mentor junior developers or support peer learning.
• Sense of ownership and accountability for the systems you build.
