Full Time | Glyfada, Athens | Hybrid / Remote options | 3+ years

Futureconstructions is an Athens-based development, design and construction firm, active since 1996. Our work spans private residences and residential buildings across the Athens Riviera, hotels and villas in the Cyclades, commercial spaces and public buildings.

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our design team, with a strong focus on visualization, computational design and the use of AI tools in everyday architectural practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architectural design from concept to construction documents

• Photorealistic renders, animations and client presentation material

• Parametric modelling and design tools using computational design

• Use of AI tools to generate design alternatives and visualizations, and to improve the office workflow

• Close collaboration with the team and project consultants

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Architecture and registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in an architectural practice

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software (Rhino, Revit or SketchUp)

• Strong rendering skills (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, D5 or Lumion)

• Experience in computational design (Grasshopper, Dynamo or similar)

• Hands-on use of AI tools for design and visualization (e.g. Midjourney, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, Veras, LookX)

• Very good command of English

NICE TO HAVE

• Python or other scripting

• Photoshop / InDesign for presentations

• Knowledge of Greek building regulations (NOK, e-Adeies)
