About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Syndication Specialist to coordinate syndicated financing transactions, manage lender relationships, and support complex corporate lending arrangements. The successful candidate will work with financial institutions, borrowers, and internal teams to structure financing solutions and ensure smooth transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate syndicated loan transactions from structuring through closing.
- Prepare financing proposals, lender presentations, and transaction documentation.
- Assess borrower financial information, credit profiles, and funding requirements.
- Liaise with banks, institutional lenders, borrowers, and legal advisers.
- Support loan pricing, allocation, negotiation, and syndicate formation.
- Monitor transaction timelines, conditions precedent, and closing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and applicable UAE regulations.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare financing activity reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in loan syndication, corporate banking, or structured finance.
- Strong understanding of syndicated lending, credit analysis, and financing documentation.
- Excellent financial modeling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
