Lead ancillary pricing and product strategy
As Senior Manager, Ancillary, you’ll own pricing and product strategy across Frontier’s ancillary portfolio, including bundles, seats, bags, Wi-Fi and other optional services.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Pricing and Yield Management, you’ll evaluate the trade-offs between fare and ancillary revenue, price and attach rate, bundle and à la carte mix, and short-term performance and longer-term customer value.

You’ll lead a team of analysts, develop and improve dynamic-pricing approaches, identify and size revenue opportunities, build business cases for new products and partner across the organization to bring pricing and product decisions from analysis through implementation.

How you’ll work
This role operates with general direction, with limited instruction on day-to-day work and broader guidance provided for new assignments. The position is based in a typical office environment in Denver, Colorado.

Leadership scope
This role leads one or more Ancillary Pricing Analysts and reports to Frontier Airlines' Senior Director, Pricing & Yield Management.

What you'll do

Lead ancillary pricing strategy

  • Own ancillary pricing strategy and execution across bundles, seats, bags, Wi-Fi and other fees.
  • Make pricing decisions on a total-revenue basis in partnership with Pricing and Yield Management.
  • Identify and size opportunities using booking, attach-rate, customer, competitor fare and ancillary-pricing data.
  • Translate analysis into prioritized, quantified recommendations.
  • Use testing, performance monitoring and variance analysis to improve ancillary pricing outcomes and ancillary revenue per passenger.

Advance dynamic pricing and analytics

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of ancillary dynamic-pricing models, including Navitaire Dynamic Pricing offers.
  • Establish appropriate guardrails and analyst overrides where judgment adds value.
  • Use AI, automation and data tools to reduce manual work, improve speed and accuracy, and increase capacity for higher-value analysis and decision-making.
  • Support broader Total Revenue Optimization initiatives across Pricing and Revenue Management.

Own the ancillary product portfolio

  • Own the ancillary product portfolio end to end, including each product’s role, performance and future changes.
  • Develop business cases for new ancillary products and product changes.
  • Lead initiatives through cross-functional approval, launch and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Ensure pricing changes are executed accurately with appropriate controls, audit trails and communication.

Partner across the business

  • Partner with Merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, IT and external vendors.
  • Help ensure ancillary products are presented, priced and sold consistently across channels.
  • Communicate ancillary strategy, pricing changes and performance clearly to senior leaders and impacted teams.
  • Drive cross-functional decisions through implementation.

Lead and develop the team

  • Lead, coach and develop Ancillary Pricing Analysts.
  • Set clear expectations and accountability.
  • Build team capability in analysis, judgment, testing and strategic decision-making.
  • Support effective prioritization across pricing, product and performance initiatives.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Finance, Aviation Management or a related analytical field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least five years of experience in airline pricing, revenue management, ancillary revenue, commercial analytics and/or finance.
  • At least three years of experience in pricing or a similar field with demonstrated revenue impact.
  • At least two years of people-leadership experience.
  • Experience with dynamic or machine-learning-based pricing strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI and automation to improve analytical workflows preferred.
  • Strong command of pricing economics, including elasticity, willingness to pay, segmentation, bundling, cannibalization and total-revenue trade-offs.
  • Knowledge of airline commercial metrics, including RASM, TRASM, ancillary revenue per passenger, attach and take rate, load factor and related revenue principles.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills; Python preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks, Genie or similar cloud data platforms, and Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Navitaire experience preferred, including ancillary fee and offer configuration and Navitaire Dynamic Pricing.
  • Familiarity with Plusgrade and competitor fare and ancillary data sources is a plus.
  • Experience developing or overseeing machine-learning pricing models, experimentation and AI agents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot; Copilot Studio and Azure DevOps experience are a plus.
  • Strong product and roadmap management skills, including prioritization and cross-functional execution.
