In this Role You Will

Manage Data Centres Operations and Facility including but not limited to Power, Cooling, Allied services,and ensure uptime as per TIA 942 compliance.

Manage SLA (Vendor and Customers), OLA to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure compliance with security and governance baselines.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Cost Efficiency and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize data center infrastructure costs, improve resource utilization, and maintain cost-to-performance efficiency.
• Infrastructure Availability and Uptime: Ensure high availability and reliability of data center infrastructure through proactive monitoring, redundancy planning, incident management, and disaster recovery testing.
• Team Performance and Development: Lead and develop the infrastructure team by setting performance objectives, monitoring project progress, and promoting continuous learning and professional development.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships, monitor service-level agreement (SLA) compliance, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, evaluate emerging technologies, and adopt industry best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency and performance.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through robust access controls, risk mitigation measures, and regular compliance audits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• B.E in Electrical Engineering, MS (Computer Science)
• Certifications: (Good to Have) PMP, CDCS, CTDC.
• 10+ years of experience in the relevant field with excellent verbal & written communication skills
