The Role
Based in Brisbane, this role provides advanced people reporting, analytics and HR systems expertise across Australia while supporting broader regional and global priorities.
You will translate business requirements into reliable insights, scalable reporting solutions and practical system improvements that strengthen decision-making, data quality and employee experience.
Working with HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of complex reporting, governance and assigned SuccessFactors processes.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of people dashboards, recurring reports and analytical products.
- Establish data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance controls across assigned HR data sets.
- Coordinate statutory and executive people reporting, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency reporting.
- Provide functional administration and support for assigned SuccessFactors processes.
- Lead requirements, testing, implementation and change activities for system and process improvements.
- Support regional and global priorities by aligning data, metric definitions and scalable reporting solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in HR reporting, people analytics and HR systems, including complex work undertaken with limited supervision.
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation capability, including executive-ready dashboards, reconciliations and quality controls.
- Working knowledge of HR and payroll data, SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong partnering, influencing and analytical skills, with sound knowledge of data governance, privacy and security.
