Senior Recruitment Specialist

Role Description The Senior Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities for roles supporting the affiliate marketing and e-commerce operations. This part-time, remote role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with internal stakeholders. The specialist will design and improve recruitment strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, tracking recruitment metrics, collaborating with team leads on role requirements, and providing feedback and guidance to candidates. The role may also involve onboarding support, including coordinating training schedules and sharing documentation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience with end-to-end talent acquisition.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for engaging with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
• Experience with remote recruitment processes, applicant tracking tools, and online sourcing platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple part-time requisitions simultaneously are preferred.
• Background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
