  • Coordinate with Information Technology and HRIS teams to resolve system errors, access issues, integration problems, and data discrepancies.
  • Monitor the accuracy and reliability of attendance data transferred between timekeeping, HRIS, payroll, and workforce management systems.
  • Conduct routine data validation checks to identify duplicate records, missing transactions, incorrect employee assignments, and unusual attendance patterns.
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of attendance rules, shift patterns, grace periods, break periods, and approved work schedules.
  • Ensure timekeeping system settings reflect authorized company policies, applicable working-hour requirements, and approved operational arrangements.
  • Monitor attendance compliance for employees working regular, rotational, flexible, remote, and shift-based schedules.
  • Coordinate attendance administration for employees assigned to construction sites, project offices, workshops, warehouses, and operational facilities.
  • Support the accurate recording of attendance for employees working across multiple projects, locations, departments, and cost centers.
  • Review timesheets submitted by site supervisors, project managers, department heads, and authorized timekeepers.
  • Verify that attendance records are supported by appropriate documentation, approvals, and system-generated evidence.
  • Investigate missing punches, inconsistent working hours, duplicate entries, unusual attendance patterns, and other timekeeping exceptions.
  • Coordinate with employees and line managers to obtain clarification and supporting evidence for attendance discrepancies.
  • Process authorized attendance corrections in accordance with documented procedures and approval requirements.
  • Maintain a complete audit trail for manual adjustments, timesheet corrections, exception approvals, and changes to attendance records.
  • Ensure attendance adjustments are properly justified, authorized, documented, and traceable.

  • Support the verification of overtime hours, additional shifts, weekend work, public holiday work, and other approved time-based entitlements.
  • Ensure overtime records are supported by appropriate authorization and comply with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
  • Identify unauthorized, excessive, unusual, or repeated overtime patterns and escalate potential concerns for management review.
