Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Office Attendance: One day a week in F11 Markaz Islamabad
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years of Proven SEO Experience
Market: International / United States SEO
$250 – $500 USD per month
Salary will be determined based on your actual skills, experience, capabilities, and ability to independently manage and lead SEO operations.
We are willing to pay toward the higher end of the range for someone who can demonstrate strong SEO knowledge, leadership ability, strategic thinking, and proven results with U.S. or international websites.
Your salary will depend on what you can actually bring to the company—not just your years of experience.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead / SEO Manager with at least 5 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience to take ownership of the SEO operations for our international and U.S.-focused websites.
This is not a basic SEO execution role.
We already have a dedicated team consisting of:
- SEO Content Writers
- Backlink & Outreach Specialists
- Developer / Technical Team
We need someone who can lead, coordinate, review, and improve the entire SEO operation.
The ideal candidate should be able to look at the website and clearly understand:
Where we are → What is wrong → What needs to be fixed → What the team should do → How we will measure the results.
You will be responsible for developing the SEO strategy, assigning and supervising SEO tasks, reviewing team performance, identifying opportunities, monitoring rankings and organic traffic, and ensuring that all SEO activities are moving toward measurable business results.
1. Overall SEO Strategy
- Take full ownership of the website's SEO strategy.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify weaknesses and opportunities.
- Develop short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps.
- Prioritize SEO tasks based on business impact.
- Identify pages, keywords, services, and topics that should receive the highest priority.
- Develop strategies for increasing organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them.
- Continuously improve the SEO strategy based on data and performance.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:

You will review the work produced by the content team and ensure content is properly optimized for SEO.
- Develop and manage the backlink strategy.
- Work closely with the backlink/outreach specialist.
- Review backlink opportunities.
- Monitor backlink quality and relevance.
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles.
- Identify high-quality guest posting and link-building opportunities.
- Track monthly backlink acquisition and quality.
- Ensure the team follows white-hat SEO practices.
Work closely with the developer on:
- Crawling and indexing
- Google Search Console
- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt

- Redirects
- 404 errors
- Broken links
- Core Web Vitals
- Page speed
- Mobile usability
- JavaScript SEO issues
- Duplicate content
- Structured data / Schema
- Crawlability
- Indexation problems
- Site architecture

You do not need to be a developer, but you must be able to identify technical SEO problems, explain them clearly, prioritize them, and work with the developer to get them fixed.
You will lead and coordinate our existing SEO team.
- Assign tasks and priorities.
- Follow up on assigned work.
- Review completed work.
- Identify poor-quality work and request corrections.
- Coordinate between writers, backlink/outreach specialists, and developers.

- Organic impressions
- CTR
- Average position
- Indexed pages
- Service-page performance
- Blog performance

A clear SEO report must be prepared every week covering:
- Work completed
- Work pending
- Ranking changes
- Traffic changes
- Search Console performance
- Backlinks acquired
- Content published
- Technical issues
- Issues fixed
- Team performance
- Problems/blockers
- Competitor observations
- Next week's priorities
- Recommended actions
Every Friday, you will come to the office and personally submit and explain the weekly SEO report.
You must be prepared to explain:
- What was completed?
