Strategic Business Lead - Persal

We're on the hunt for a Strategic Business Lead - Persal. This is a senior business leadership role within the Persal business, a strategic business unit within The Unlimited. Acting as the second-in-command to the Head of Persal, you will take ownership of key business deliverables, lead strategic initiatives and provide operational oversight that enables continued business performance and growth.

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who can identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges and drive execution across multiple teams. As Strategic Business Lead - Persal, you will work across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and strategic partners to drive business performance, execute key strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. You'll take ownership of important areas of the business, lead cross-functional delivery and help shape the future direction of the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions business.

If you have the following:

• A Bachelor's degree with relevant business experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business management, strategic initiatives, consulting or operational leadership

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, align teams and deliver business outcomes through others

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, solve business problems and drive execution

• Experience operating at both a strategic and operational level
