The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Financial Planning Manager to support business planning, financial forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. In this part-time remote role, you will work with business leaders and finance teams to evaluate performance, develop financial plans, assess opportunities, and provide insights that support long-term organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with strategic thinking, analytical ability, and clear communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of business strategies, financial plans, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Analyze financial performance, revenue trends, costs, margins, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and strategic decisions.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
• Identify financial risks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to gather data and assess performance.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning cycles, business reviews, and financial decision-making processes.
• Evaluate potential market opportunities, expansion plans, and resource allocation priorities.
• Recommend improvements to financial planning processes, reporting accuracy, and performance measurement.
• Maintain reliable financial data, assumptions, and documentation for planning activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, business strategy, or financial management preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and evaluating business performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting or planning tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
• A commercially minded, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.
