A2P SMS Support Specialist

We are looking for an A2P SMS Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical and operational support for our global SMS messaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational support to customers and partners regarding A2P SMS services.
• Monitor SMS traffic, delivery rates, and message statuses (DLRs).
• Investigate delivery issues, analyze error codes, and troubleshoot routing-related problems.
• Monitor and control rate notifications, ensuring that SMS pricing and route updates are uploaded and communicated correctly and on time.
• Coordinate with SMS aggregators, telecom operators, and internal technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Assist with SMPP connectivity issues, including connection stability, throughput, and message submission errors.
• Monitor route performance and identify service degradation or delivery anomalies.
• Handle customer inquiries, incidents, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain technical documentation and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in A2P SMS, telecommunications, or messaging support is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SMPP, SMS routing, DLRs, and SMS delivery flows.
• Familiarity with SMS gateways and common delivery error codes.
• Understanding of SMS rate management and rate notification processes.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ukrainian and Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with international customers and partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
