Sustainability Consultant

We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our team and help shape impactful sustainability strategies across various industries.

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

• Guide companies across sectors in creating and implementing effective sustainability strategies,
• Use digital tools and technology to improve sustainability practices,
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders,
• Show enthusiasm for research, staying informed on industry trends, and adopting best practices,
• Apply solid knowledge and experience in sustainability management, ESG initiatives, and corporate reporting,
• Be familiar with global sustainability frameworks and regulations, including CSRD, IFRS, TSRS, CDP, GRI, ISO 14001, and ISO 14064,
• Be open to learning and thriving in a start-up environment.

The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,
• Strong written and spoken English skills,
• For experienced candidates: minimum 3 years of experience in climate strategy, sustainability consulting, or a related field,
• For recent graduates or early career professionals: a strong willingness to learn and grow in the sustainability space is highly valued,
• Strong knowledge of GHG protocols, carbon footprinting methodologies, and water management,
• Experience with CDP, SBTi, and TCFD frameworks,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,
• Ability to translate complex environmental data into actionable strategies,
• Field experience and ability to conduct customer/site visits both within and outside Istanbul,
• Based in Istanbul (preferably on the Anatolian side),
• Willing to work in a hybrid model (remote work is not available for this role).
