Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor

Monthly Pay: PKR 61,360 - 145,000 per month

Summary:

You work alongside recruiters and hiring managers, with guidance from a recruiting team lead. Your tasks begin with incoming applications, candidate searches, and requests to reconnect with applicants. You discuss open roles by phone, ask basic fit questions, and arrange the next interview. You also guide candidates through the process using information approved by the recruiting team. Your goal is to connect suitable candidates with recruiters while keeping each step clear and organized. You can work from home because this phone-based role is fully remote. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review new applications and plan candidate calls in an applicant tracking system such as Lever. This system stores applications, call notes, and candidate progress.

• Find and contact candidates through job boards, professional networks, and existing applicant lists. Use the recruiter's requirements to guide your search.

• Call candidates using a business phone system such as Dialpad, a tool for making and tracking calls. Explain your name and purpose clearly.

• Screen candidates by phone using approved questions about interest, availability, and basic role requirements. Write clear answers without adding personal assumptions.

• Explain the role and interview process using approved notes. Help candidates understand which open roles match their stated interests and requirements.

• Build a shortlist for the hiring team using the recruiter's criteria. Share clear reasons and flag answers that need further discussion.

• Book recruiter interviews in a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar, which holds interview dates and times. Confirm details before ending each call.

• Keep candidates updated at each stage and send interview reminders. Contact candidates after missed interviews and help arrange another suitable time.

• Update candidate stages after every call and prepare brief notes before interviews. Keep records private and mark duplicates, withdrawals, and incorrect numbers.

• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify interview needs and share progress. Refer questions outside approved guidance to the recruiting team lead.

• Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct bookings, and prompt follow-up. Use feedback to improve future conversations and updates.

Qualifications:

• Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.

• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.

• No recruiting experience required. Related phone support, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.

• A calm, friendly phone voice and confidence introducing yourself to candidates who may have questions.

• Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools through guided practice.

• Basic understanding of candidate screening, interview steps, and the difference between initial screening and recruiter review.

• Ability to write clear call notes and check names, interview dates, and calendar entries carefully.

• Respect for candidate privacy when viewing applications, sharing notes, and discussing interview plans with the recruiting team.

• Ability to listen closely, follow approved questions, and explain the next step in simple words.

Perks & Benefits:

• A fully remote role where you work from home and stay connected with the recruiting team.

• Structured onboarding and training on the named tools, call outlines, and interview booking process.

• Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss feedback, and clarify next steps.

• Explore growth opportunities within the team as you develop screening and candidate coordination skills.

• Bonus opportunities.
