We are looking for a high-energy, proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Ideally based in Sydney but we’re also open to Perth-based candidates. What You’ll Do - Doctor recruitment! This is a true end-to-end recruitment role. You’ll own the journey for our Dentists, Hygienists and Oral Health Therapists from first contact to first day: Proactively source and headhunt great clinical talent Screen candidates and manage interviews and offers Partner with hiring leaders to solve recruitment challenges Coordinate contract generation and pre-employment requirements Manage the onboarding journey through to commencement Build talent pipelines for future opportunities Represent NDC at conferences, universities and industry events Who We’re Looking For You’re energetic, ambitious and love getting things done. You’ll bring: A blend of internal &/or agency experience A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong sourcing capabilities and able to think outside the box to find great candidates Confidence approaching and engaging passive talent Strong organisation and follow-through Great energy and a genuine team mentality The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Dental or healthcare experience is a bonus — but a great positive attitude, drive and willingness to learn are what really matter.
